Pay Scale (Salary):
- Manager (E-3 level): Rs. 60,000 - 3% - 1,80,000 (Approx. CTC Rs. 21 Lakhs Per Annum).
- Junior Executive (E-1 level): Rs. 40,000 - 3% - 1,40,000 (Approx. CTC Rs. 14 Lakhs Per Annum).
- Stage 1: Computer Based Test (CBT) for all posts. There will be NO negative marking.
- Stage 2: Application Verification / Subsequent Tests (as applicable).
- Stage 3: Interview (Applicable ONLY for Post Codes 1 to 11 i.e. Manager posts).
- Special Requirement: For Manager (Fire Services), candidates must pass a Physical Measurement Test, Driving Test, and Physical Endurance Test before the interview. Light Motor Vehicle License is essential for Operations posts.
- Candidates must apply online through the AAI website www.aai.aero under the "CAREERS" tab between 08 August 2026 and 07 September 2026.
- Candidates should ensure they have a valid personal E-mail ID and Mobile Number, which must remain active during the recruitment process.
- Keep scanned copies of your recent passport-size photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and hand-written declaration ready as per the specifications in the notification.
- Fill out the online application carefully. Live photograph capture (via webcam or mobile QR code) is also required during the application process.
- Upload all relevant documents/details relating to eligibility criteria (Educational Qualification, Category Certificate, Experience Certificate, etc.).
- Pay the application fee of Rs. 1000/- online. (SC/ST/PwBD/Women/Apprentices are exempted).
- Submit the application and take a printout of the final submitted form and fee e-Receipt for future reference.
