• All PwD Candidates (40%+ disability): Nil (Exempted)
• Payment Mode: Online Gateway via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / IMPS.

Pay Scale (Salary):

Pay Band-1 (PB-1) ₹5,200 – ₹20,200 (Grade Pay: ₹1,900 / ₹2,400 depending on the post).

📝 5. Selection Process & Pattern (चयन प्रक्रिया)

• Selection Mode: Computer Based Test (CBT) or OMR-based Examination.
• Stages: Preliminary Examination (if applications exceed 50,000) followed by Main Examination.
• Marking Scheme: Each correct answer carries 3 marks.
• Negative Marking: Yes, 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer.
• Paper 1 (Language Knowledge): 120 Questions (60 Hindi + 60 English), Duration: 2 Hours. This paper is qualifying in nature (minimum 30% required, marks not added to merit).

1. Visit the official JSSC website jssc.jharkhand.gov.in or the direct application portal jcx26.cbtexam.in between 05 August 2026 and 04 September 2026.
2. Click on the link for “Online Application for JILCCE-2026” or “Advt. No. 03/2026”.
3. Complete the New Registration process using your basic details (Name, DOB, Mobile Number, Email ID). Note down the generated Registration Number and Password.
4. Log in again and fill in the detailed online application form, including personal, educational, category, and post preference details.
5. Pay the applicable examination fee through the online payment gateway.
6. Upload scanned copies of your recent photograph and full signature as per the specified formats.
7. Verify all entered details thoroughly before making the final submission. Take a printout of the submitted application form for future reference.
