- Stage 1 (Written Exam): Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions (Offline OMR based or CBT). There will be one paper related to Commerce, Business Administration, and Accountancy.
- Exam Pattern: 100 Questions, 100 Marks, Duration: 2 Hours.
- Negative Marking: 1/4th (0.25) marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
- Qualifying Marks: 45% for UR/OBC and 35% for SC/ST.
- Stage 2 (Typing Test): Candidates who qualify the written exam will be called for a Hindi Typing Test on Computer (Qualifying in nature), requiring a minimum speed of 4000 Key Depressions Per Hour.
- Stage 3: Document Verification.
- Candidates are required to apply online through the official UKSSSC website sssc.uk.gov.in between 26 July 2026 and 15 August 2026.
- Registration requires your Aadhaar Number (One Aadhaar can be used only once) and an active Mobile Number and Email ID.
- Upload scanned copies of your recent passport-size photograph, signature, and clearly visible left-thumb impression (JPG/JPEG format).
- You MUST upload the High School Certificate (for DOB proof) and both sides of your Aadhaar Card. Also, upload Category/Sub-category certificates and Experience certificates (wherever mandatory).
- Fill the application carefully. Pay the application fee via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.
- Submit the application form and ensure the status shows "Completed". Take a printout for future reference and document verification.
