Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) ने आधिकारिक तौर पर Manager (System), Senior Programmer, Programmer Grade-2, and Computer Operator Grade-B के रिक्त 10 पदों पर भर्ती के लिए एक विस्तृत अधिसूचना जारी की है। सरकारी नौकरी की तैयारी कर रहे जो भी उम्मीदवार इस भर्ती में रुचि रखते हैं और निर्धारित कंप्यूटर साइंस / आईटी (Computer Science/IT) पात्रता को पूरा करते हैं, वे अंतिम तिथि 03 सितम्बर 2026 से पहले ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते हैं। आवेदन करने से पहले आयु सीमा, चयन प्रक्रिया, शैक्षणिक योग्यता और अन्य महत्वपूर्ण निर्देशों के लिए आधिकारिक विज्ञापन अवश्य पढ़ें।

• Unreserved / EWS / OBC: ₹ 225/- (Exam fee ₹ 200 + Processing fee ₹ 25)
• SC / ST: ₹ 105/- (Exam fee ₹ 80 + Processing fee ₹ 25)
• Persons with disabilities (PWDs): ₹ 25/- (Exam fee ₹ 0 + Processing fee ₹ 25)
• Ex-Servicemen: ₹ 105/- (Exam fee ₹ 80 + Processing fee ₹ 25)
• Payment Mode: Online Gateway via NET BANKING, CARD PAYMENTS, or OTHER PAYMENT MODES (SBI MOPS).

Age Limit Calculated As On: 01.07.2026

• Minimum Age Limit: 21 Years
• Maximum Age Limit: 40 Years (Must not have been born earlier than 2nd July, 1986 and not later than July 1, 2005)
• Maximum Age for PH candidates: 55 Years
• Age Relaxation: SC/ST/OBC/Skilled Players of U.P. will get 5 years relaxation. Extra Age Relaxation applicable as per official UPPSC rules.

📝 5. Selection Process & Pattern (चयन प्रक्रिया)

• Selection Mode:
  • Manager (System), Senior Programmer, Programmer Grade-2: Selection based on marks obtained in the written examination.
  • Computer Operator Grade-B: Selection based on total marks obtained in the written examination and Hindi & English type test.
• Negative Marking: Yes, 1/3rd (0.33) marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.
• Minimum Efficiency Standard: SC/ST - 35%, Other Categories - 40%.

⚙️ 6. How to Apply Online (आवेदन कैसे करें?)

1. Visit the official website uppsc.up.nic.in for UPPSC Programmer Recruitment between 03 August 2026 and 03 September 2026.
2. One Time Registration (O.T.R.): It is mandatory for the candidates to make O.T.R. and obtain O.T.R. number before applying online at otr.pariksha.nic.in. Obtain it 72 hours before the submission of the online application.
3. Read official notification thoroughly before starting online application form.
4. Click on "Apply" and then "Authenticate with O.T.R.". Login using OTP or password.
5. Fill the online application form and choose Yes/No options for preferential qualifications.
6. Pay required application fee via SBI MOPS to complete the application process.
7. Take a printout of the final submitted application form. You do not need to send the hard copy to the commission at this stage.
