- Stage-II: English Shorthand Test — Dictation & Transcription (SPA: 110 wpm, 120 Marks | PA: 100 wpm, 110 Marks).
- Stage-III: Main (Descriptive) Examination — 100 Marks (120 Minutes): Essay, Letter, Grammar/Comprehension & Translation.
- Stage-IV: Interview — 15 Marks (No minimum qualifying marks in Interview).
