State Bank of India (SBI) ने आधिकारिक तौर पर SC/ST/OBC बैकलाग रिक्तियों के लिए एक Special Recruitment Drive की घोषणा की है। इस भर्ती के तहत क्लर्क कैडर (Clerical Cadre) में Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales) के 1538 रिक्त पदों पर ऑनलाइन आवेदन आमंत्रित किए गए हैं। बैंकिंग क्षेत्र में सरकारी नौकरी की तैयारी कर रहे जो भी उम्मीदवार इस भर्ती में रुचि रखते हैं और निर्धारित Graduation (किसी भी विषय में) पात्रता को पूरा करते हैं, वे 07 अगस्त 2026 से 27 अगस्त 2026 तक ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते हैं। आवेदन करने से पहले आयु सीमा, चयन प्रक्रिया, राज्य-वार रिक्तियां और अन्य महत्वपूर्ण निर्देशों के लिए आधिकारिक विज्ञापन अवश्य पढ़ें।

Pay Scale (Salary):
Rs.17900-1000/3-20900-1230/3-24590-1490/4-30550-1730/7-42660-3270/1-45930-1990/1-47920. The starting Basic Pay is Rs.19900/- (Rs.17900/- plus two advance increments admissible to graduates). Total starting emoluments payable at Metro like Mumbai will be around Rs. 39,000/- per month.
- Phase I (Preliminary Exam): Online test consisting of 100 Objective type questions (100 Marks, 1 Hour). Subjects: English Language (30 Q), Numerical Ability (35 Q), Reasoning Ability (35 Q). There is 1/4th negative marking for wrong answers.
- Phase II (Main Exam): Candidates shortlisted (approx. 10 times the vacancies) will appear in the Main exam. It consists of 190 Objective questions (200 Marks, 2 Hr 40 mins). Subjects: General/Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude. There is 1/4th negative marking.
- Bonus Marks: Trained apprentices of SBI will be given a weightage of 2.5% of maximum marks (i.e. 5 marks) in the Main Examination.
- Phase III (Local Language Test): Candidates not having 10th or 12th standard mark sheet evidencing the studied specified opted local language will have to clear the Local Language Proficiency Test before joining.
- Candidates must apply online through the official SBI Careers portal sbi.bank.in/web/careers/current-openings between 07 August 2026 and 27 August 2026.
- Before applying online, candidates should scan their photograph, signature, left-hand thumb impression, and a hand-written declaration as per the specifications given in the notification.
- Live Photograph Capture: Candidates are also required to capture and upload a live photograph using a webcam or mobile phone during the application process.
- Fill out the application carefully and click on 'save and next'. Ensure all details are correct before final submission, as no changes will be allowed later.
- Pay the application fee (₹ 750 for OBC) using Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Internet Banking. SC/ST/PwBD candidates are exempted from the fee.
- After successful payment, download and print the e-receipt and the final application form for future reference.
