• Payment Mode: Online Mode Only (Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, UPI).

Manager (Manpower Planning & Recruitment) (MMGS-III)	01	Mandatory: MBA / PGDM / PGDBM or its equivalent with specialisation in HR / HRD / HRM from recognized institutions. Experience: Minimum 6 years' post basic qualification experience in Human Resources / Training, preferably in IT industry or IT Department / Vertical in the BFSI Sector. Preferred Certifications: HR Analytics or SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.
Manager (Learning & Development) (MMGS-III)	01

Note: The position shall remain in specialist cadre and will have no provision for conversion into General cadre. Suggested place of posting is GITC, Navi Mumbai.

Pay Scale (Salary):

Middle Management Grade Scale - III: Rs (85920-2680/5-99320-2980/2-105280). The official will be eligible for DA, HRA, CCA, PF, NPS, LFC, Medical Facility, etc. as per rules. Probation period is 12 Months.

📝 5. Selection Process (चयन प्रक्रिया)

• Selection Mode: Shortlisting followed by Interview.
• Shortlisting: Mere fulfilling minimum qualification does not vest any right in a candidate for being called for interview. The Shortlisting Committee will decide the parameters and shortlist candidates.
• Interview: The interview will carry 100 marks. The qualifying marks in the interview will be decided by the Bank.
• Merit List: Prepared in descending order based on scores obtained in the Interview only.

1. Candidates are required to register themselves online through the link available on SBI website sbi.bank.in/web/careers/current-openings.
2. The online registration opens from 07 August 2026 to 27 August 2026.
3. Read the official notification carefully (Advertisement No: CRPD/SCO/2026-27/12) to check your eligibility.
4. Scan your latest photograph, signature, Biodata, Resume, ID Proof, Age Proof, Educational Certificates, Experience Certificates, and Form-16/Salary Slip as PDF files (max 500kb).
5. Fill the application carefully. Once filled, submit it and proceed for online payment of the fee (₹ 750/- for General/EWS/OBC).
6. After successful payment, take a printout of the e-receipt and system-generated online application form for future reference.
