Remuneration:
Consolidated fixed amount Rs. 12,500/- per month (As per Job Trainee Scheme-2025).
- Stage 1: Computer Based Test (CBT) or OMR based Objective Screening Test. (120 marks of 1.5 hours duration).
- Syllabus: Subject knowledge, GK of HP, Current Affairs, Everyday Science, Logical Reasoning, Social Science, General English & General Hindi (Matric Standard), and Word Processing on computer.
- Stage 2: Typing Skill Test (Qualifying in nature). Candidates will be shortlisted based on the merit of the MCQ examination.
- Stage 3: Document Verification.
- Candidates are required to register themselves on the HPRCA portal hprca.hp.gov.in before applying.
- The online application window will be open from 14 August 2026 (10:00 AM) to 11 September 2026 (11:59 PM).
- Complete the One-Time Registration (OTR) by providing personal, educational, and experience details.
- Upload a recent passport-size photograph and signature (JPG/JPEG/PNG format, Max 1 MB).
- Select the preferred district for the examination.
- Pay the application fee of ₹800/- through the online payment gateway.
- After successful payment, download the printed copy of the online application form to bring at the time of document verification.
